There is constant turnover and understaffing. Overtime pays well but is not sustainable. The specialists are knowledgeable and sometimes helpful. When problems arise, they are often dismissed with no corrective action. The incentives are set up for employees to tear others down to get ahead, and the culture is as toxic as you can imagine. You will work 12 hour rotating shifts with a half hour on either side to make sure you didn’t miss anything. No respect for work life balance, especially as a contingent. Run fast and far away from this job.
