Mon - friday . Peak season lots of work and you cannot take or block leaves during
Nov - FEB Season. Lot of teams enjoy the Holidays. Work volume gets peak if there is long weekend holiday .

Great job and workplace but can be very stressful and demanding. Some are built for it, some are not. Can have huge language barriers sometimes too and that can also be a challenge especially if there is no one to translate, customers get really mad
