Worst Organization & Management
The organization and management at this company are the worst I have ever encountered. The handling of retired government employee Mr. Managing Director is a prime example of the abysmal management in place. Having worked at this company for the past five years, I can attest that Mr. MD runs the company with a complete disregard for employees, resembling a poorly-managed enterprise.
The company operates with a mindset similar to a marwadi company, showing no appreciation for long-standing employees. There is a noticeable lack of respect, and employees are treated poorly, akin to being treated like dogs. Many senior and competent employees have left the company due to the appalling management practices in place.
It is my sincere belief that this company is on the verge of closure unless significant changes are made. Anyone considering joining should think twice before making such a decision.
Additionally, any positive reviews about Transdigm management are likely coerced and manipulated by the HR and Management teams.
Facilities
The company's facilities are lacking in several aspects:
No parental insurance is provided, and employees, along with their spouses, are required to pay 20% co-payment of the total medical bill.
There is no provision for hybrid work or work-from-home options. If an employee opts for work from home, HR considers it as Leave Without Pay (LOP).
Limited leaves are granted, with only eight leaves permitted annually.
Team-building activities, such as team lunches and outings, are nonexistent.
Overtime is mandatory, and failure to comply may result in termination without cause.
There is a complete absence of work-life balance.
The HR department is particularly ineffective and unhelpful.
In conclusion, the overall organization and management, as well as the provided facilities, make this company an undesirable workplace, and potential employees should carefully weigh their options before joining.
