There's always like one or two large group layoffs every year. They try to keep keep departments lean and distribute the work to the people who are left.
The annual cost of living adjustment decreased from previous years.

If you can handle 60 hour work weeks this place is awesome. Employees are all nice and managers are cool. Management listens to employees ideas. Donuts on Fridays and pingpong/billiards in the lunch room.

In production you are just another cog in the machine, they expect you to put in long hours/start early/work weekends etc but of course if work slows down they can do layoffs in a heartbeat.
This is a good place to work if you don't care to have a good work life balance and don't have aspirations to move up to something better, they think by giving employees free donuts on saturdays they can work you like a dog.

Not recommend this company to work at. The company lacks good managers and has many lay offs when they do not meet their numbers. They do not encourage employees with a team spirit instead they are overly critical and point out what employees are doing wrong, a lot of finger pointing and blame.
