O2 Telefonica themselves are a great company and I worked for them for many years and for most of it I enjoyed my time there. Theasr 5 years I started to struggle sue to the the staff becoming gossips and about other staff, and I felt pushed out of a job I had been in for almost 20 years

Once upon a time they rewarded you for exceeding your targets. The company has become awful recently. The people at the top are deluded. Success is taken for granted. Commission is withheld at every opportunity even when you do nothing wrong. Bonuses shrink year on year and targets have increased to near impossible levels. If you are a woman looking to have babies soon apply.

Prace me bavi rada komunikuji s lidmi kazdy den je jina. Muzu se rozvijet a kariérní pistup je take možný. Jsou zde zajimave souteze a ohodnocení ktere prispuva k oživení prace. Zamestnavatel vyžaduje maximální nasazení a kdyz jste dobří tak muzete byt lepsi a to v jakoukoliv hodinu a den. Polevovani je nepřípustné.

Don’t get me wrong you need to have sales experience but what a place to work . When I first started I was given the right amount of training and given support throughout , the workload can sometimes be lot but I was working in one of the busiest stores . I enjoy my team and we all get on well with eachother and support eachother . The pay is fantastic and you can earn a lot of commission if you put in the hard work .
The management are great and always there to help you

Worked for Avertec, company cared about numbers and didn't really care about staff. HR team is a joke, they are there just for tick box exercise. pay decent if you need a job for the sake of having one.

heating never worked while it snowed could literally see you're breath and nothing was done to sort this out and forced to work in winter coats
unfairly treated
waste of time
"acting" manager literally chased a customer out of the store for a contract phone which they couldn't afford/want
Took months to get payslips sorted out and even then I couldn't access them
no benefits whatsoever
the schedule always changed day after day never knew when I was in

I worked there for a year worst call centre I have ever worked in . I tu Ned down another to go there biggest mistake. I would not recommend this to anyone.

O2 Telefonica in Preston Brook used to be a great place to work when I started in 1990s and before then, when they owned the building but sadly went on a downhill spiral over the years due to senior management changes and then they sold the building to Capita. More and more pressure was put on retention advisers so they would leave and then they could bring in new staff on agency contracts.
