It is too loud to work with colleagues and blaming each other for non performance .
High pressure from management. Salary is also not attractive and travel facilities are not good .

Great people to work with. Good work-life balance, decent benefits but vacation time is minimal.

Nice workplace culture, with some really good people. Everyone is friendly. Generous benefits except for vacation time which is minimal.
Things move slowly partly due to some old school mentalities but mostly due to the highly regulated nature of the industry.

Not the best experience

Training was a joke and I felt overwhelmed most days. The lab was very cliquey and most of the people in the lab wasn’t friendly including my trainer and manager.
The only pro was that they had decent activities for different holidays and events.
I overall didn’t enjoy my time there.
