Position Summary The Human Resources Specialist – Latin America supports HR functions within the Latin America region. This position will provide human resources and administrative support for all facets of generalist activities including staffing, onboarding, benefits, employee relations issues, and data integrity.   Principal Responsibilities •    Assist employees across the region with questions, concerns, and guidance in the full range of HR functions to provide an exceptional employee experience. •    Assist and provide consultancy to Teleflex Managers across the region in all HR processes, policies, talent management, employee relations, payments, etc. •    Participate, coordinate and/or drive HR Initiatives and Global Processes to include the annual merit / bonus award process, talent reviews, DE&I initiatives, and community outreach programs.   •    Ensure consistent and equitable application of human resources policies and practices.   •    Collaborate and work with other teams to achieve Teleflex common objectives that involves multidisciplinary teams. •    Work collaboratively with HR shared services team (Teleflex Connect Support).  Communicate employee and organizational changes and updates including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, job description changes, etc. to maintain data integrity within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and to keep personnel files current. •    Utilize SAP Success Factors HCM system to conduct data audits and updates, run employee metric reports, and assist employees with self service activities. •    Prepare, organize, and support recruitment efforts by building and nurturing relationships with internal and external sourcing teams.  Work with Teleflex Talent Acquisition Team and external agencies to support requisition, interview, offer, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes. •    Assist with gathering payroll inputs for assigned countries and preparing payroll for second level approval. •    Organize and drive global or local employee development activities and training to promote a high-performance culture. •    Maintain complete employee files and create online database for secure file storage. •    Maintain confidentiality of all employee and applicants data and other discretionary information.   Education / Experience Requirements •    University degree in human resources, business management, psychology or other relevant field. •    4+ years of working experience in Human Resources and local labor laws in an employee support capacity. Global experience desirable. •    Knowledge of employment laws and practices in Brazil, Colombia, Chile and/or Mexico.   Specialized Skills / Other Requirements •    Must be proficient in both Portuguese and Spanish, English is highly desirable. •    Ability to work with highly confidential information and to respond professionally to the most sensitive inquires or complaints. •    Availability to work in the office at least 3 times per week. •    Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize work when volume is high. •    Must be friendly and collaborative. •    Proven ability to establish credibility and get along with diverse personalities; customer-service oriented, tactful, and patient. •    Must be flexible and able to change schedule as needed to support special projects or deadlines. •    Resourceful and well organized. Position Summary The Marketing Manager role creates, executes, and manages full-stream marketing efforts for the Latin America business.  The incumbent will lead marketing efforts for the Teleflex vascular portfolio including our Arrow® central venous catheters (CVC), sheath introducers, arterial lines, and peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC).  This person will actively partner with the global business unit and the Latin America sales organization to ensure the execution and implementation of the marketing strategies.   Principal Responsibilities •    Provide day to day management of assigned vascular product line(s), programs and sales support in the field.  •    Create and manage programs to increase penetration and drive sales of existing products -- sales and product promotions, customer targeting. •    Research the market trends, market size and competitive landscape for assigned product franchises •    Drive portfolio management; develop product pipeline and roadmap for assigned product franchises aligned with business unit strategic initiatives. •    Develop content for core products and new product introductions including market development, training, education and sales / marketing collateral (publications, brochures, electronic media and marketing communication / education content). •    Develop and / or consult on operational initiatives to improve cost, quality, product efficiencies, and profitability. •    Develop, maintain and leverage key opinion leader (KOL) relationships for regional voice of customer (VOC) feedback and new idea generation process. •    Create designated product line positioning and pricing strategy. •    Support the Sales team with sales materials, customer communications and presentations, information for Request for Proposals (RFPs).  •    Assist with creation and maintainenace of operating plan and budget for assigned product line(s). •    Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to maintain high service levels. •    Provide support, as needed, to the Regulatory Affairs team on local product registrations. •    Attend tradeshow meetings and education workshops. Extensive related experience (eg Clinical) may be considered in lieu of a degree. •    5+ years marketing experience in overall product portfolio management with limited supervision and product launch experience. •    Prior marketing and/or market development experience is required. •    Prior marketing and/or market development experience with medical device and/or pharmaceutical companies is preferred, but not required. •    Must be fluent in English plus Portuguese and/or Spanish    Specialized Skills / Other Requirements •    Comfort level in clinical environment (ICU, critical care, operating room, etc.). Demonstrated aptitude or prior experience with clinical terminology and general clinical practices in vascular access is preferred. •    Strong formal and informal communication skills. Principal Responsibilities •    Directs the teams responsible for research or development projects associated with the design and design modifications of medical devices, components, models, or mechanisms.  •    Ensures staff prepares or coordinates formal documentation of the product Designs, Risk Analysis, Product Specifications, User Needs, etc. according to established Design Control Procedures, and initiates formal reviews and approvals. •    Accountable for remediation and updates of Design History Files, Technical Files or other product registration efforts as required. •    Responsible to ensure Design History Files and Technical Files created or modified are updated to current regulatory requirements. •    Ensures staff is trained to all current procedures and regulatory requirements required for successful performance of their positions. •    Coordinates the product design and development process with appropriate support departments such as engineering, quality, regulatory, documentation, global procurement and manufacturing. •    Assigns project leaders for projects and responsible to follow up on all aspects of projects, including reviews with support groups and outside resources where applicable.
