|
Company "culture" involves being in a gray and beige building and cubicle. Worked 8:30am to 5:30pm with a one hour lunch break. Learned a lot but was constantly stressed and overwhelmed. Worked with a few great, genuine people and a few horrendous people who made their job their entire personality. I guess I would too if I made as much money as them!

Proctology would have been a wiser choice. I would have dealt with the same thing, but made a lot more money.

Worked with many like minded creatives that were trying to put out quality content. Management and middle management seemed more interested in defending / creating reasons for their existence. Some were fellow creatives, most were climbers that had no real love for television.

My experience with CB was pretty good. It had a lot to do with the people I got to work with and the tech stack and the opportunities I got to explore.
A great learning environment and they have pretty smart people.
