Had to fight tooth and nail to be trained at all. Constantly treated as replaceable, even being the 1 of 2 people who knew the machine. Management is clueless, scrambling, and unorganized. They don't know how to do the job that they treat you like garbage to do. Most things are broken and falling apart. Communication is non existent. They fire hired-on, valuable, skilled employees for minor offenses while keeping temps who can't do the job and are always on break. Benefits are pretty awesome though. Free cookies or waffles. Pay is good for the work. To survive here, you just need to show up to work, stay at work, and keep to yourself. Even then though, they're looking to get rid of you. This company promotes from within. They have recently transferred to a Continental Shift Schedule which means you work 3.5 days a week and have 3.5 days a week off. Pay is great with potential to work overtime shifts. Products produced are cookies and frozen waffles. Safety is highly emphasized. Great place to work with good benefits. Workload is normal production/ manufacturing work which is smooth and repetitive. The work isn’t bad but it is tedious. Management could be better but my over all experience was good 4/5 stars.
