Great company until they sell your property

There are some people who seem to truly care in upper management. They do make sure that everything is done the right way and there is support...until...
|
They sold our property and the way the disregarded the employees who stayed until the end was very disappointing. It seems like the organization cares for their employees until they do not need them anymore. I was pretty surprised at how things changed once the property entered the sale process. You can talk all you want it is the action you take (or do not take) which is your true character.

Great leadership, benefits. Company really cares about its employees and customers which makes it easier to serve its clients effectively. CEO does a fantastic job and is very personable. He really cares about the Company and its employees.

Company is downsizing in weaker markets with plans to grow into stronger markets. So current potential for advancement is in a holding pattern until growth takes off in the stronger markets. I wouldn't necessarily say that is a con, more of a wait and be patient if you want advancement.
