Favoritism happens here in Manhasset store constantly. If you can be BFF with one of the managers here then you can get all the sales and reach your goal every month easy. Otherwise you are completely on your own. Management team gives no support and constantly asking employees to produce even more in return for a salary increase.

There are some wonderful people that work here; sadly the evil overpowers the good.

Where do I begin? The culture at Tiffany & Co. feels as though the company is being driven into the ground by the Americas President & CEO (it feels that way because it is that way). Greed is the main focus; you can sense the clamoring for a successful business the moment you walk in the door- absolute desperation.
There is no focus on the well-being, health, and training of Tiffany & Co. employees across all levels. There are minimal growth opportunities, there is immense favoritism and sheer stupidity exhibited by the decision-makers in the business; they throw spaghetti at the wall and hope that it sticks. I have seen more strategy exhibited in a game of Tic Tac Toe than the leaders at Tiffany & Co. have ever demonstrated.
Poor behavior is rewarded with promotions- not even several HR investigations would prevent a VP from becoming the General Manager.
