I got along great with my coworkers and found the environment to be positive and supportive. You won't be disappointed if you're working with the sales team. They're a fun group of people. The work-life balance was difficult to manage when there was inconsistency in work load. Race weekends proved to be demanding and required more hours than usual. Projects would often come up with quick turnaround times, forcing me to spend most of my day at the office. This role also provided minimal training aside from other coworkers giving me tips and support to meet tight deadlines. If you're entering this role as an entry-level employee, expect to learn things quickly and understand what the sales team wants with a short learning curve. You have to figure out what they're after with designs and format, even if they can't clearly articulate it to you.
