Brindan días adicionales de descanso como jueves y viernes santo y los días 25 y 31 de diciembre. Una empresa con muchas dificultades para modernizarse, muchos procedimientos aun son muy manuales los horarios de trabajo son de mas de 8 horas y es demasiado difícil tomar vacaciones corridas regularmente se pierden y no hay alguna compensación. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 349 Open Creo que es una empresa que cuenta con mucho potencial para ofrecer algo mejor a sus empleados, sin embargo da la sensación de que los managers que tienen a cargo no permiten el cambio ni las nuevas ideas y soluciones, están casados con procedimientos antiguos lo cual dificulta la operación y la estadía en la empresa. Considero que es importante tomar en serio las opiniones de los empleados e innovar con prestaciones para sus empleados ya que muchas empresas del mismo giro y con menos presencia están ofreciendo mejores opciones como apoyos educativos, salir un poco mas temprano los días viernes o bien afiliaciones con empresas de servicios para recibir descuentos empresariales.
