Start at 8:30 am until 7:30 pm during normal work week. Expect to work until 10:00 om or 11:00 pm during closing week. No need to work on weekend. No carrer development in the department. New comer mostly won't last for one year.

Working at Tetra Technologies will definitely benefit you financially as you have the opportunity to work to up to 100 hours a week. The pay was fair for the field of work but they always include the fact of overtime when you talk to superiors about a pay raise. Supervisors in the company were good guys that earned their place. Overall decent job to work.

Anyone wanting to start out in the oilfield should start out fracing for swiftwater. Exceptional training, great benefits, amazing pay. Management goes above and beyond when you ask for supplies for a job. Very communicative about the needs for the job to get it done properly and on time

Some excellent supervisors and co-workers but cliques. Falsehoods, harassment, okay for some to break all rules and remained on the job. Treated us with little respect. No room for advancement.
