Everything seems good until the first day of training, then it goes down hill. If you like to be micromanaged then this is the place for you. If you are 1 second late they start hounding you about where you were and what you were doing. I have never seen this type of micromanaging in my life, until working here. A bunch of Loser rejects that got a training position or other higher up positions, they clearly are not qualified for. When you ask questions about the job the trainers act secretive and keep telling you to wait and they will cover it later on in the training. The trainers like to pick on or harass certain people during training & they all think it's funny. Every training class makes more money then the previous class. They like to give these fancy name titles but you are nothing more than an associate/ team member. They treat employees badly and the job is so stressful, that the decent pay doesn't matter. I would rather work somewhere else for lower pay than to be treated poorly like I'm less than human. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Stressful, unclear job duties, no help, childish environment, gossip like high school. Stressful and if you don't kiss behinds then they don't like you. Let me paint you a picture: This place used to be a workplace that was almost fun and workflow was balanced and smooth. But oh, how the mighty have fallen! Sure, you might snag some awesome pals among your coworkers, and the benefits are nothing to sneeze at – great health insurance and PTO, and if you're lucky enough to dodge the chaos, you might land a good supervisor who actually knows you're a person and treats you well. But here's the kicker: CEO musical chairs, management M.I.A. on people skills, and promotions turning into a game of corporate roulette. And don't get me started on the overtime, because "voluntary" suddenly means mandatory and "peak season" lasts half the year. Policies? They have definitely determined to drain all the fun out of building and replace it with inconsistent draconian rules and take all the good workers and replace them with the revolving door of temps. Also, the company has become the epitome of woke capitalism that's all the rage nowadays. Hey, if that floats your boat, you might just thrive here, but there is great chance you'll end up demoralized by all of the disappointment and the wild rollercoaster ride of changing policies. It's pretty fast paced, but that's expected. The management team is very nice, and very helpful. Top leaders like regional and DM level are always involved in the temmate jurney on stores. For UA temmate retentaion is very important and they showed true care during the time I worked there.
