You get to meet a lot of new people. There's always some company incentives to lease more units. It's a numbers game at the end of the day, and all they care about is making money. Independent work is great but can leave you lost at times. I felt like I worked on an island. There was not a lot of team spirit. There was always a feeling that my head was close to the chopping block. I did learn a lot and had a chance to work with COO and CFO. They let me do my job and left me alone, they have an on site gym and are close to other amenities.
