But the area I was in I was pushed to hard to the point it was messing with mental health. I had to many responsibilities too soon and never truly got the help I needed in that area of the company. But when I volunteered at other plants I loved those places , so it wasn't all bad. I didn’t like it at first because I would leave work sore from the physicality of the job. But once I created that muscle memory I would leave work feeling good. There’s room for growth. Supervisors play favoritism ,use foul language towards employees, disrespect employees behind closed doors and blatantly open about it. Talks down to employees and there isn’t any meaningful benefits while working here. I’ve been here 6 months And my morale has declined more and more each day to the point of I like my initial job but I hate doin it because I work for such a terrible company , flight benefits are a joke much like everything else.
