Good pay, terrible management
|
Place paid pretty well, the facility I was at was horribly “managed”. One shift would always be treated better than the others despite being the least productive. It was a “good ole boys” atmosphere. If you hadn’t been there for 15+ years you were treated terribly. I was told at one point when I attempted to get a better shift based on my seniority that I had to stay on the worse one because the guy I would bump would just call in on Sundays so I should stay where I was because I was more dependable.

Pay is decent. Work is not hard. People are helpful. If you are trying to upgrade yourself, there are learning modules and certificates you can obtain but not much room to grow a lot.

Great place to earn a living and receive great benefits. Toxic workplace. Blame game between operations, maintenance and staff when equipment fails. Next to no preventative maintenance. " No one told me that was broken" is the generic answer from management.
