strong leadership at our site. I learned a significant amount of my skill set at this position.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Patient conditions when they arrived were tough to deal with but once stasbilized under our care for a few days, we could really get to the work of rehabilitation, etc.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Leadership worked with us to improve our skills. My coworkers in my department were very positive. The company CEO and CFO were always available for us to talk aboiut issues.

No good part as staffing short, Management is horrible and they would you rather get out on time than care for you patients.

Your working alone one nurse with 15 patients

They are so deceptive once you start working it's horrible very toxic
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Never stop most days you won’t have time for lunch but if you don’t take it they will dock it anyway.
