Work life balance as long as u manage to step out from company.

Depending on which department you from. For my case, guidances are provided by the operator who are lower salary and very experienced. they are rude or not friendly to those engineers who is new in this sector and higher salary than them as they feel imbalance of the workload and the salary they have compare to the new comer.
