Stop allowing a Regional Manager to bully employees. Capital projects will be scrutenized til nothing gets done. Regional Manager does not negotiate. She dictates. She will be two faced. She will not be on your side no matter how "pleasant" she seems. BEWARE. The culture is rough so do not come in thinking there is any comradery or enjoyment to the job. You will be expected to know everything within a week and deal with difficult employees who will not be dealt with.
