After Optum took over the company, the new management was brutal. There was a lot of turnover from the top, down. I couldn't take it after about a year and left.

If you like constant change, micromanaging and horrible insurance this is the job for you. Outside of this management is over all great, lunch could be longer. The interview process is not up to par. Itâs very choppy, interruptions constantly and not very professional and itâs as if someone was just thrown the interview on the side and had to figure out how to do it. Clickish environment. If you fit in you are given more perks.
