Itâs typical sales. High pressure sales. Hard to satisfy management. If you can work the management and the system then you will do well. They were very generous during the Covid pandemic paying full time and guaranteed commission. Hard to always please.

After 15 years in the wireless industry this is the 1st wireless company I've worked for(and I've been in management at all of the big 3) that both puts the employee first and is more worried about the company's integrity than the sales generated. They would rather you not get the sale than sale without integrity. It's a fantastic concept!

I no longer work there but wish I stayed. I took another job that I thought I couldn't pass up. The leaders at this company are mostly exceptional. There are a few duds but they should get worked out. My leaders were great and prepared me for advancement within and outside of the company. They award high performers and recognize everyone's contribution.

While the pay rate is amazing, the work environment is to repetitive and unless you can stand being at home all the time now, not the most healthy.
You deal with leaders who don't know what they're doing half the time, and the strict policies mean that if you don't watch what you say could lead to being written up and even up to termination

The culture at my store is great! I have quickly been able to take part in leadership opportunities. My manager genuinely wants to help me grow and often encourages me to take on leadership roles. Compensation is good and benefits are amazing.
Being a sales environment, it's difficult to disconnect from work on days off.
