I enjoyed my work because I am a quick learner and I can always figure out things on my own. The attorney that I worked with was nice and they made my job alot easier because of their personality. I honestly left there because upper management in the legal department is HORRIBLE. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. One department in which everyone is doing things their own way. Upper management have no idea what it means to be a legal assistant and it shows through their informant rules and procedures on getting even the most simple tasks completed. I also did not like the working environment because a lot of the women in the legal department reminded of a call center environment. Loud, ghetto, unprofessional, combative, just plain horrible. I liked my pay, attorney, and benefits. That's it. No daban oportunidad de crecimiento en esa área y poca comunicación entre nuevos jefes y empleados me hizo salir de compañía. 401k, plan médico, buena paga Almuerzo en segunda hora.
