There are a lot of long-term employees here which speaks well of a company. They seem to genuinely care about their employees and want to evolve with the times and technology.

It's an older company and doesn't always change as quickly as you might like. Not all senior leadership is on board with remote work, for example, but this will likely change as time goes on.
