I worked at this company for my internship, so being an intern, your workload consists of menial tasks and interesting projects, if you push for it. Team I worked in has great culture, although there's definitely some bad blood across teams and is fairly siloed.

Interactions with the people who all collaborated & worked as a team.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Decisions constantly being made by committee- ie cross-functional groups which diluted their products utility & market acceptance. Leadership unwillingness to trust the expert opinions they hired to help guide them to greater success
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Environment was excellent but the culture of group think became a serious impediment to their success … ultimately leading to being acquired by a bigger even more dysfunctional company Stryker.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very little to say here because I worked remote

I enjoyed working with technology platforms and learning about new areas to build the business
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Teams, and leadership, were disjointed, silo orientated and only out for themselves.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every group has their own culture - our team was the most toxic of the bunch I am sure. Backstabbing, lying, escalation drills, combativeness, deep disrespect for experts in their fields ran extremely deep.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every day was different but rest assured it as led by micromanagement and the need to defend yourself and your decisions.

It's hard to go over all the issues in the company. there is a bad culture with terrible upper management that leads to failures. Such failures are cleaned up by those in the trenches. Yet, they refuse to listen to the warning signs from the workers. Everything is top down with no voice for anyone who isn't at the VP level or higher.
