Where to start, this company was seemingly not created lawfully, (small company buying/taking over much larger companies. They ended up taking over a plant I worked at for over 20 years and their main purpose from day one at our location was lies and deceit. To make this somewhat short, they purposely ran our location into the ground and we ended up shut down. There is a special place in H3ll for the ones at the helm of this company.
