Love seeing the office assistance get a bigger bonus than you since management changed the perks for operations and admin? Get ready to hide every injury, if they find out you got a paper cut. That’s an incident, in a paper mill. Can’t speak for other departments, but the machine is h*ll. You’ll have several bosses with several bosses. All of them are going to be hovering all dayshift. Why wasn’t this faster? Why wasn’t this better?

What is the best part of working at the company?
Over worked under paid shut down a good mill and put a lot of people out of work for there gain of money.

Supervisors that was told to push workers to there limits and quantity was better than quality

Stressful and over worked and no home life

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. Management was a bunch of clowns and in over their heads
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They closed our mill after owning it for just a few months
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Morale was terrible all the way around. I traveled for 3 years for them and went to different mills and corporate.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Putting out fires. Poor leadership

When I first started with the company , it was good but as time went on, they cut more and more benefits and pay from us and it seemed that management never felt the cuts only the floor workers. Also the management on the floor was back stabbing and petty. the only thing that kept me there was the money.
