Bonus are given based on performance. While leaders are people focused tools need to do ones jobs are not always in existence. Pay & benefits They pay is comparable but also a bit on the low side for the job of Implementation Specialist Job security and advancement There is room to grow. Management Management sometimes should consider improving SOPs directly instead of expecting the employees to updates them as a part of their goals. Culture This organization listens to the details that are given by employees in the surveys. Overall Good Employer to work for. Leadership in one breath preaches work life balance but in the next implies extended work hours for exempt employees without providing comp-time policies to abide by. An employee should not feel the need to work 10 and 12 hours to get work done. Then to have some supervisors micromanaging on why one is working past 9.5 hours and being asked to provide a breakdown of work is ridiculous. Especially when said leadership has access to every employees work queue. Also, colleagues in other departments should be coached on interaction steps to take with their departmental counterparts. Their solution was to provide me a sit-stand desk... as if I wanted to stand on my Shrek sized swollen feet at 8 months pregnant. Not only that, they MADE me sit closer to the bathroom because I was in not ready status too much.. Call centers really think providing their employees with pizza is worth getting chewed out by clients for their horribe service. In my location, there are typically too many middle managers. WageWorks was recently acquired and the managers must be feeling it because they are taking it out on the lower ranks. They have poor attitudes and often don't give directions to their employees, and hold them to impossible standards. This company used to be decent, but no longer.
