The culture stands out, particularly for a CRE brokerage firm, as colleagues are encouraged to collaborate and share information. There is respect and trust of leadership which is also a positive.
|
Pay is well below average of market, particularly for lower level employees. How is the firm able to attract and retain young talent when top competitors base salary is up to 1.5x offered at WD? Groups will continue to lose good talent because pay has not been adequately adjusted in the last 5 years like it has at competitor firms.
