1. Competitive Pay 2. Co-Workers are Good. 3. Generally, it's a 40 hour work week. I'm now retired (7 years). I worked there 36 years and enjoyed 33 of them.

1. Bosses vary quite a bit. However, this is true in any large company. 2. There are times during storms when you may put in significant additional hours. 3. Sometimes projects don't have realistic deadlines. This also can force one to put in additional hours. If salaried, the extra hours are expected. Otherwise, you'll be compensated appropriately.
