If you like to be micro managed and lied to, great job for you

I was hired telling me it would take a year to feel comfortable in the position due to I was hired off the street. After 4 months of training from a very arrogant/rude trainer, I was told I had to be at 99% accuracy. About half the team reports all your mistakes and half to teach/learn from mistakes.
Do not take a job there. Management micro manages everything from even when you take your breaks to emails to everything. You are not given any positive feedback.
Pay isn't worth the horrible conditions both mentally and physically. That place is a dump.
To get back at being unionized they company does nothing perk wise for employees.

When I was off from this place.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Leadership not deciding on critical security solutions that would benefit the organization greatly. Also, poor planning from different business units creating confusion and chaos.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I myself didn't like it. I felt like I was working all by myself in that big empty dirty, disgusting and filthy building that made me experience headaches and throat issues..
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work on projects, follow-ups and meetings all day.

Supervisors are amazing! Co workers are super nice and helpful. And there is only 1 other female there so no drama.

Good place to work, lots of vacation days. Solid work schedule and ability to take off whenever you want. No pension, union isn’t strong but overall a good place to work

Overtime is mandatory and if you turn it down you typically get frowned upon. There's no work-life balance and typically many employees find themselves working double shifts and begging unions to transfer or change shift.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The pay was ok. Training was very interesting! The schedule options are decent
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You are micromanaged!!! Customers are verbally abusive. Mandatory overtime, I applied for a par time role and I works 32-35 hours per week.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The employees were nice. The environment was ok. The rules and standards need to be evaluated. This company does not understand that employees have an outside life. If you have small children I would not recommend working here.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Overwhelming, stressful amongst other things. They push company jargon on every call but some calls it shouldn’t be required. They dock you for not being perfect.
