The Associate Compliance Analyst/Compliance Analyst supports a variety of activities of the assigned team while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, code compliance and financial responsibility.<br><br><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong><br><br><em>Associate Compliance Analyst – &nbsp;</em></p><ul dir="ltr"><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field including, but not limited to, gas distribution operations, mapping/GPS applications, corrosion prevention operations, gas system control operations and/or gas distribution code compliance.</li><li>Demonstrates analytical problem solving skills and effective oral/written communication skills.</li><li>Relevant experience is based on the specific role of the position, e.g. Instrumentation and Control, Maps and Records, corrosion and Standards</li><li>Associate’s Degree required in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, Analytics, or any other related field or equivalent experience</li></ul><em>Compliance Analyst – </em><ul dir="ltr"><li>Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a related field including, but not limited to, gas distribution operations, mapping/GPS applications, corrosion prevention operations, gas system control operations and/or gas distribution code compliance.</li><li>Demonstrates analytical problem solving skills and effective oral/written communication skills.</li><li>A sound understanding of gas distribution and/or transmission codes is preferred.</li><li>Relevant experience is based on the specific role of the position, e.g. Instrumentation and Control, Maps and Records, corrosion and Standards.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, Analytics or any other related field or equivalent experience.</li></ul><p dir="ltr">Interested candidates <u>must</u> apply online no later than the job posting expiration date.<br><br>We reserve the right to modify the application deadline or discontinue accepting applications for any position if deemed necessary.<br><br>Learn more at <a tabindex="5000" href="http://www.wecenergygroup.com/careers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Careers</a><br><br>WEC Energy Group and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
