Terrible Layoffs with no warning run!
|
After two years of dedication our jobs in customer service were contracted out overseas to people that could barely speak English! Our vacation was not honored and if we spoke negatively you didn’t get severance pay. Customers are not happy and they are losing their customers daily. It’s a joke more money in the higher ups pockets and the people that made them that money just didn’t matter! Do better Wex not sure how they sleep at night!

When is started there it was a family oriented company (EFS) then it went to treating their employees like cattle. You never knew what was coming next, they changed things on a daily basis. If you weren't willing to kiss someone's backside, then you would never get anywhere.

I started working at Wex before the acquisition of Discovery Benefits. Before the acquisition I was so very proud to be a part of a great company with such great values, beliefs, and the appreciation it showed its employees was amazing!!
Since Wex acquired Discovery Benefits, we have lost the Wex values and beliefs! We have adopted all of Discovery Benefits beliefs and practices. It’s very disturbing. We are hiring lower quality of people to work for the company and it shows in the customer service that is now being provided. It’s all about get them off the phone as fast as possible & it doesn’t matter how many times they have to call back instead of the quality customer service WEX provided and the customer didn’t have to call back again. It’s very sad to see.
