Corporate office is very "corporate"

The companies under Winnebago Industries are legit "family" atmospheres. Supportive, fun, and encouraging, from leadership down. Employees at the corporate office also try to be fun like this with events and games to encourage work friendships.

Winnebago Industries headquarters in Eden Prairie is not a fun or family atmosphere like the companies under them because of management. The office is very corporate. Leadership even checks badge scans to check if employees come in the office enough and they schedule big meetings/events on holiday weeks to make sure people come in. Despite being in the office, most meets are still on teams, so people can stay at their desk and look busy.

pay for long time employees not much higher than new employees now, hourly employee bonuses are not compatible with amount of work, overtime is mandatory for however long they wish, some employees want overtime pay so will slow down production no regard for others or consequences
