Fun place to work at!

Great people, fun and easy to work with, adaptive and collaborative environment. Lots of learning and knowledge gained while i was working here. The most enjoyable part of the job was the supportive people and management team. Great to communicate, hardest part would be the hours and less holidays, but that made up with the salary and workload . I’m very grateful to have worked at such a place and gained the experience of a reputed hotel

Upper Management at the Belgrade location is terrible. It’s like working with a child. If you have to request time off, you get rude responses and guilt tripping. You also get in trouble if they call you in on your day off and you are unable to make it. Every word you say while at work gets reported back to the boss, and it causes endless drama for everyone. It started out decently, but if you mess anything up they don’t tell you what you’re doing wrong and just punish you. Scheduling is inconsistent so don’t expect to actually pay your bills.

My job wasn't that bad
|
Go in clock in get the paperwork that has you name on it look at how many room you have fill up your cart with the supplies and linings that you needed. Didn't go up to the floor that you're supposed to be working on and check up on your room see which ones have do not disturb or checking out on them then what you do that start by cleaning the room. I learned different ways of cleaning and making beds and Dusty ways of doing it. Management was good workplace care is good the hardest part about the job was going in and having to really deep clean a room that has not been used in a while. I can't say there was one thing that I enjoyed about the part of my job I enjoyed everything learning different things each day learning everything from coworkers and helping out whenever they need help
