No inventory system in place. Lock out/ Tag out system is inadequate and not updated for systems alterations leading to unknown additional power sources and lack of overall worker safety. Facilities are constantly covered in debris from the recycling facility overflow and items falling off lines leading to unsanitary and unsafe worker conditions for technicians.

Management comes and goes so priorities often vary. Some probably shouldn't be telling the drivers how to do their jobs due to lack of any experience in the field. Hard to see some preferential treatment to some drivers. But you get that anywhere I guess.
