Management and work life balance are not good

Employee morale is negative, management cannot keep people employed. Favoritism is prevalent, some employees get worked hard all day while others do not. Pays is good alot of "mandatory overtime" if you don't work way over schedule you get threatened with termination.

Decent pay, awful management

Decent pay, decent but expensive benefits.
Company has no consistency and lacks proper ethics when it comes to how they approach fairness with both customers and employees.
Other departments have a very bad impression of CE and are downright rude. Dispatch specifically will blame anything they can on CE and takes no accountability for making changes and wonât inform the customer. Some CE team leads will throw agents under the bus, instead of defending their own agents.

Who is different from any of my other job?

They are unorganized, self entitled, and also self, entitled other employees, as long as their friends or a good acquaintance or employee is making their paycheck for them theyâre all OK for it but if you keep to yourself, donât involve yourself in management or brown knows them they will try to get you out by humiliating you for anything and everything and will not do their job to assist you by even safety code or anything else or practice of standards like lock out tag, outs, safety, books, and codes, and management, and employees that I have a higher rule donât have the certification in the field that theyâre managing. No CDL class A experience no fabricating experience and employees in the higher rolls make a lotta mistakes, but management uses their experience to make new rules or bend the rules this job was totally different
