What is the best part of working at the company?
Management is treated me good, the hours were sometimes unpredictable but overall a very good company to be a part of.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Really never felt stressed. Safety is number one. Never felt rushed but having a sense of urgency is always expected.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone I worked with had a great attitude for the most part.

I worked days and took a $3 cut in pay to be on days

Was a great place to work before merging with Westvaco. And before you know it merged again with Rock Ten. Therefore working now with WESTROCK is painful. Currently on strike with no solution in site. Greed has taken over the Company and it shows they DO NOT care about their employees.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Benefits and pay are both good
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything...too much turnover, management changes constantly, machines are all at least 40 years old, HOT every single day. Temps over 100 no air conditioning.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible everyone is scared to help any new people because if you make 3 mistakes during production you get fired.

Hot long stressful extremely dirty

Awful company. The union is extreme weak and most union reps leave to join the company. You will work 6-7 days a week with zero work life balance. They will fire you at the drop of a hat and the union wonât help whatsoever

Long hours and poor atmosphere

Management don't appreciate thier staff. An any manager that tried to act descent to the employees was punished till they left. I would not send anybody to that place. The entire sales team quit under this new management . Positive note is the paycheck never bounced.
