Decent job toxic workplace

The work was great but upper management doesn't actually care about the well being of the employees. They talk a really good game about safety but then refuse to invest in fall safety equipment and other safety equipment because of the cost. The problems are always blamed on hourly associates instead of a lack of training or funding for improvements

Some roles at Weyerhaeuser may provide the opportunity to have a good work-life balance and decent job satisfaction, but any job ending in “analyst” is an opportunity to be exploited. Perhaps goes for all analyst jobs in the corporate world, but Weyerhaeuser in particular promotes from within, meaning subject matter experts end up managing people, when they severely lack the skills to do so. I worked in several different organizations throughout the company and all were equally toxic in their own way.
