For pumpers as well ● Pay & benefits Cimarex has a profit sharing plan and excellent insurance. ● Job security and advancement If you show the Company that you want to excel and advance the opportunities are opening up all the time. ● Management Very engaged. ● Culture When the oilfield is on the up turn the company is a very fast paced outfit. They expect their personnel to adapt and change quickly. ● Overall The Company is fair in pay and incentives to good people. The truth is the closer you are to the wellhead the safer your position.
