Constant changes in ownership and management
|
The studios and community are fun but it is not worth the ever changing management. In 6 months my studio changed ownership 3 times, had new managers every time and turned over every coach. It can pay well but not worth the headache.

Positive and social place to work
|
Working here has been a great experience so far. My manager provides genuine insight to improve my skills and become a well rounded leader for my studios. There's a large scope of work which at times is difficult to manage but my team is great with support and we do have a very hands-on HR, which is a nice change from my previous role. The office is very fun and energetic and the Campus has full wifi access so we can work from anywhere which is my favorite!

Countless opportunities for growth + top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. Xponential Fitness has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since Xponential is a smaller company, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. Xponential does fun and interesting things like happy hours and large celebrations for Employee Appreciation Day, Cinco de Mayo, and an annual Halloween party are just some of the events. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career at Xponential by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

Way too much young executive ego

HR needs to provide real management training and hold people accountable. This goes for compensation and benefits - there’s some shady stuff going on there.

I started as a sales associate and was soon promoted to assistant manager. When I received the promotion, my pay rate was never changed and I learned I had actually been paid UNDER minimum wage for the first 5 months of my employment. I had to FIGHT to get it back. I was promoted to general manager and had an excellent regional manager, until I was relocated to a new state and my new regional verbally abused me constantly. hit or miss if you get lucky with management. they don't really care about you or your employees though, yikes
