Things have become incredibly disorganized and chaotic. Not a lot goes right, even when you compare to 7 or 8 years ago when things weren't so great either. You can't shed tens of thousands of people the way this company has and expect to be successful.

Pay is decent (not great), remote work, there remains small pockets of great people left here and there
|
Chaotic and confusing day-to-day, bleak future, weak benefits, Senior Leadership is out of touch and dragging their employees down

Good place to work for great benefits also managers are very helpful when it comes to helping employee execute goals Also you're guaranteed to work 40 hours and to do overtime have nothing bad to say about this company i wish i could have stayed up much longer with them

Great place til they started off shoring work and dropping employees for out of country employees
|
Work day was decent. Tech was old school and antiquated. Too many hands in the cookie jar at times on projects causing chaos. Management had its ups and downs. Some were approachable, some were not helpful or communicative until the last minute on things. Leadership lacked cohesion at times and the department was overstaffed for the workload most of the time. The hardest part was watching people lose their jobs to people in another country who didnt speak English very well but were now responsible for contracts in the states.

Excellent training and classes. Traveling was increased without my input. Management changed many times.

Travel time and work area coverage changed a lot. I was moved farther and farther from my home and where they originally hired me for.
My manager changed to a different person 4 times in less than a year. Each management change moved my work area farther from my home.
