What is the best part of working at the company?
I enjoyed the people that I worked with and the relationships that I developed with my customers.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company continously changed initiatives and rarely completed any of them in the 3 and half years that I worked there. Alot of duplication of efforts with no real results.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Most people are one of two things - angry or lazy
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No longer there. It used to be long days with no breaks. Often worked through lunch and would still be the last one leaving the building at night.

Old truck that’s always in the shop. Plus isn’t built right for the work we do. In the last 5 months over 40k was put into the truck per what they say all while the hubs are getting new trucks but the travelers are mistreated but keeping the company afloat (wachs water)

Had no purpose
|
I had high hopes for this job and while working there it turned out to be a complete disappointment. No one wanted to train me not the managers not the team leads and not even any of the association. Everyone was only focused on moving up and getting into the office so they could not do any work. They tossed me around like trash to each department and promised work and it never happened. When you try to talk to them everyone act so busy that they can't even talk to you but can joke and play around with fellow coworkers that are working there. I felt like I had no purpose because no one wanted to do anything with me or to help me understand the job. Most of my days were trying to figure how to clock in and how to figure out how to help out. They excluded me from important meetings and conversations, they placed me with undertrained employees and would not give me any work to do. The upper management absolutely sucks they don't know how to do their jobs and honestly they don't care. Everyone was either taking long vacations or sitting at home. I would not recommend this job at least if you expect it to be good or to be trained. If you like getting mistreated and having mental breakdowns or no one talking or training you then maybe this is the job for you but it definitely was not for me .

Terrible place to work they expect you to be on call 24/7 and you will get in trouble for missing a call. Always have people over your shoulder telling you to do things better but they are so outdated when it comes to most things. Example they don’t even have a barcode system for the inventory

Production team are great. But management are lacking and organisation is awful.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There production department is a absolute mess the store counts are always WAYYY out. They haven't kept a manager for longer than 6 months . I saw 2 go in the few months i unfortunately experienced working for Xylem.
They send people with bo wiring experience to put together complex circuit boards with very little training and will fire people left rite and centre for extremely menial reasons.
Awful place to work and i will not be the only one with this opinion. !!

Great bunch of lads just poor company and environment

Repetitive and some times you feel on edge every time senior staff walked through the department.
