Great co-workers, terrible management and leadership
|
Pay is low and stagnant with little chance for growth.
The company is so unwilling to invest in its employees there is virtually no chance of training, servers are underfunded and underperfoming, and they are no longer replacing equipment to even do your job.
This company has been operating as a "skeleton crew" for a decade and has had nothing but layoffs while never backfilling positions. You will get the workload of 5 people and then they will complain that you can't accomplish your insane workload. Their solution is that they must need more project managers or to changes strategies every 3 months.

Intelligent, friendly, hard working employees.

Leadership seems to despise employees and refuses to put any investment into the company.

Decent place but no direction. Executive level is not transparent. Keep pivoting to new initiatives with no end in sight. Hard to keep track of who to call when there is an issue as there is a revolving door going on.

Every day was stressful with no time off to adjust to constant change, weekend and evening work always expected (work during PTO as well).

Great office spaces. Very good IT and HR staff. Always felt valued and wanted. Smart leadership with a plan and great communications.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Pace of work (cases) very high and never felt good about my final solutions for complex cases. Experienced engineers willing to help but always struggled on complex cases.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good office spaces and work from home policy. Good hip vibe.
