What You Can Expect
In this role you will be managing assigned segmental sales ensuring
market penetration in the individual segment and field implementation
through sales initiatives in distributor market.Â
How You Create Impact
Sell exclusively within the defined scope of products and
regional accounts. Develop relationships with all
distributors in the region. Define and follow up on key
accounts in line with market segmentation strategy to maximize
growth revenue. Cross sell and collaborate Cross
functionally with Marketing, QARA, Operations to increase product
penetration in key defined accounts. Adhere to regional
sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales
Force. To take the time to have the necessary knowledge about
the products of Zimmer and competitors in order to be
productive. Analyze and assess customers and territory sales
trends and submit annual territory sales plan. Actively
liaise with distributors to define demand for assigned segments and
accounts. Maintain regular contact with existing customers to
strengthen relationships and ensure.satisfaction with products
and services offered. Identify and maintain regular contact
with prospective customers to increase market share. Launch
and/or collaborate with special projects.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Bachelorâs degree in science, business, marketing, or related
discipline, or equivalent work experience. Min. 3 years of
experience as a sales professional in a medical sector or similar.
Experience in sales of medical devices and in orthopedic will be
appreciated. Experience in Sports Medicine.
Experience in Public Sector and Key Account Management in
Gulf. Experience in Market Development.
What Will Make You Successful
Sales skills and techniques. Ability to transfer
knowledge and giving presentations. Microsoft Office
tools. English - Advanced level. Analytical skills
and motivation to work in a challenging environment.

In this position, you will be accountable for managing the ZB
technology portfolio in the territory of Middle East, North Africa
& Turkey. You will drive the sales process of the ZBEdge
portfolio for targeted accounts, manage the existing customer base,
and lead the commercial strategy. Based on your expertise in
negotiating and structuring deals (including capital sales, leasing
structures, rental models, service fee models, and package deals), and
thanks to a close collaboration and cooperation with local and central
teams, you will lead the end-to-end commercial efforts to ensure
optimal results for Zimmer Biomet.
Your portfolio includes the ROSA® robotic platforms, and the
integrated digital solutions and offerings of ZBEdge, such as
mymobility (patient pathway), OrthoIntel (data insights), OptiVu
(mixed reality platform), OREP (workflow optimization), and Rapid Recovery/Outpatient.
How You Create Impact
Build/define/execute the country strategy and business plans
for the ZBEdge portfolio Identify growth opportunities
within the region to drive ZBâs strong growth agenda. Lead
and drive sales performance to deliver growth by closing complex
sales transactions according to company priorities. Active
participation in regional projects to shape/drive/implement new
product offering & commercial initiatives. Coordinate
the local team of ZBEdge territory sales reps, robotic clinical
support specialists, technical service engineers, and patient
pathway consultants. Develop local organization
capabilities to transform ZB from a medical device to a technology
company. Represent the ZB Technology and Data Solutions unit
towards customers and industry associations. Ensure that ZB
is represented appropriately in the market, recognized as a trusted
and reliable partner of choice. Build support from surgeons
and hospital administrators for ZBEdge adoption.
Accountable for ensuring that the entire value chain (from
pre-sales to post-sales) and cross-divisional relations achieve a
superior customer experience.
