Culture and / or business focus swings from one extreme to the other. Integrity and overall respect for humans sometime seemed lacking, but not across the board, more in pockets. Favorites, again in pockets or with certain managers / teams.

Management should be checked with 360 reviews or anonymous reviews as there is sometimes a lack of respect and overall empathy for one another. While the message of colleague development is stated, it appears to only "help" favorites. Mangers should not be allowed to "clear house" unless there are gross issues currently occurring. HR should really question these types of actions.
