Some great people and a very potentially disruptive product

Weak leadership: it feels a bit aimless at senseonics.
There is generally frantic work environment. There's always way more to do than there is time to do it. The development team is way to comfortable with sub-par quality work which spirals into lengthy fixes.
There are very poor systems which requires individual diligence to produce a good product.
Well, there are a lot of very good employees at Senseonics, many of the younger employees are very ineffective at their job. there are some painful examples of employees who have been hired and are not well suited to the position they were hired for. They're very intelligent people, however, they're quite bad at the job that they've been hired for.

Few people in Senior Management lack people leadership skills. Those members are good at hiding issues which at times leads to either incorrect decisions or delayed correct decisions. For company this size, I found it to be very political.

The overall goal of company is cool and positive. Oh and the office manager guy, Matt, is really nice.

Shew. Where to begin? Really negative place to be and the training is a joke. Despite knowing you’re ill-equipped after “training” they act as though you just had the most extensive training and throw you to the wolves to then continue to bear down on you. No matter at what stage you say you need help/your training wasn’t sufficient, they won’t help you and prefer to use you as a scapegoat for issues.

Poor leadership in the manufacturing department. The managers are rude, they don't care about getting to know you as a person and have no structured way to work on your career path. Promotions are unlikely unless you do 50 things at once which you can get yourself burnt-out at the end with no rewards. Don't expect to work in a team that gives you tasks and deadlines, you are on your own doing the work you think you need to stay active.
