Poor leaders that starts at the top and gets worse on the way down. Only care about what you produce, and not patient care. Regional hygiene director and state hygiene director are horrible - out of practice too long to be relatable. And the Colorado Springs regional manager is AWFUL. Tells doctors and hygienist how to practice dentistry and dental hygiene...without ever once treating a patient. And she just keeps passing the buck from one person to another. In fact...I’m not entirely sure what she does, if she actually does anything! Horrible place to work. No loyalty...no empathy...only greed. There is no control over your schedule or appointment length. They will cheat you out of any bonus that you qualify for but manipulating your numbers. No job security. Communication from management is practically non-existent. It was really overwhelming and I was the only hygiene assistant. The doctor was meaner than a snake and very unprofessional.
