Employees have been getting laid off for over a decade as Bluestem rolled in to downsize. No one was offered severance (even after 70+ yrs) The exec's kept everyone's PTO. We were expected to work 65hrs a week and doing 3 people's positions on a 10% paycut. They lie, cheat and steal. Summer Fridays never existed. Do not work here. Ever.

Working at a place and being lied to is the worst period.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing, management lies to employees daily. Its not a great place to work by no means. When u have worked there a whole lot of years they let u go for no reason. They will blank you in the back in a heart beat. It doesn't matter how much knowledge u have. People give over half their lives they don't care.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
People lying to ur supervisor and ur nieve idiot supervisor believes them
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The people in the warehouse are cool.
That includes some of the supervisors
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Management lying to people, they tell u in meetings not to tell anyone one the floor.

I got the job due to their high quality of orders during the months of October to January 1st they offered me a $2,000 signing bonus which I asked if I could have it in writing and was told no and basically I was let go one month after I worked I was replaced with somebody that could speak other languages I worked a Friday as I was on my way home on Friday from work I was called and told that I was back home stay away from this company
